About Us |
Since Sam & Lisa were married in Michigan in 1980 and started their busy life. Sam soon reported for duty as an engineer and acquisition officer in the Air Force. The family moved 9 times to 2 foreign countries and 5 states over the next 27 years. They raised two boys, Samuel & Aaron. Samuel is a professional graphics artist and married to the very lovely and talented Kristin. They have an adorable son, Oliver. Aaron graduated from college with a Computer Science degree and works in automation of packages in warehouse and distribution centers. Both sons live and work in Grand Rapids Michigan. Sam retired from the military in 2007. Since then he has worked for two major defense contractors as a Senior Program Manager in Business Development, Independent Research & Development and Foreign Military Sales. He was then an independent consultant in acquisition management and is now retired. Sam volunteers his time at the Wright “B” Flyer. He also helped restart the Wright Chapter of the Society of Flight Test Engineers where he is now a Fellow. Lisa has completed her undergraduate degree in logistics and systems management at Park University. Until we relocated to Michigan, she was a senior vice president of a Dayton credit union. Now she is the primary administrative manager for an accounting firm very near home. Late in 2017 we purchased a 1926 vintage home in Michigan and sold our quaint 1932 vintage Beavercreek, Ohio home in 2018. We have definitely settled into the Michigan home which is just over an acre of land. That’s half the size of the Beavercreek acreage but the home is twice the size. |
Our Comstock Park home will soon turn 100 years old. |
